WHAT TO EXPECT
YOUR FIRST WEEK
You are on your way to a new fit and healthier you with our  TRIM MEAL PROGRAM. On the morning of your first delivery, look for our signature black cooler bag at your door. We deliver every morning by 6am!

Every day, expect to find in your delivery bag a full day of freshly cooked meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) for re-heating. If you ordered a snack from Grab 'n Go, expect your special snack in your bag as well.
WEEK TWO AND BEYOND
Continue your healthy meal delivery service and losing weight with Fitness Kitchen's TRIM MEAL PROGRAM. By week two, you will notice an increase in energy and improved overall wellness.

It is important to eat every meal every day to promote greater weight loss. 

Eat breakfast a half-hour after you wake up to get your metabolism going after a good night's sleep. 

We suggest you eat 1 to 2 hours before your workout to make sure your body is sufficiently fueled up! It is also important to eat no later than 30 minutes after your workout to replenish muscle-glycogen stores and regulate blood-glucose levels. 

You can expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week following the Fitness Kitchen's plan. We recommend staying on the program for 4 weeks for best weight loss results. 
ENJOY FLEXIBILITY
With our weekly TRIM program, you have flexibility to enjoy a meal out at your favorite restaurant or cooking with family over the weekend as we do not deliver on Sundays.

We believe you should have some flexibility when eating to lose weight. That's why we give you Sunday off. Just remember to eat healthy!

How Do I Order And How Are My Meals Delivered?
Choose our TRIM CUSTOM MEAL PROGRAM if you need up to make some food eliminations to your meals or pick the easy CHEFS CHOICE TRIM CLASSIC if you have no eliminations. You can customize your meal program during the check out process when placing your order. Fitness Kitchen is a weekly subscription healthy meal delivery service.

Once you place your order, your daily full day of meals is delivered to your front door or office by 6am every morning. Each bag is packed with ice packs to keep your foods fresh for 6 to 8 hours.

If you need to make changes to your account. No problem! Just login to your account by Thursday 9:00pm to make make changes to your following week's deliveries.

Through a network of premium local vendors, the Chef sources grass-fed beef (hormone and antibiotic free), free-range poultry and eggs, wild-caught fish and peak-of-the-season produce that is certified organic whenever possible.
