Our meals combine lean proteins, complete carbohydrates, healthy fats and ample portions of vegetables and fresh fruit. We are committed to using local, sustainably sourced ingredients. In Southern California we are blessed to have access to fresh produce year round. Chef Marieno visits local farmers’ markets every week to find both ingredients and inspiration.
Through a network of premium local vendors, the Chef sources grass-fed beef (hormone and antibiotic free), free-range poultry and eggs, wild-caught fish and peak-of-the-season produce that is certified organic whenever possible.
